I am driving down the street and I see this lady smack this rottweiler dog with a leash of some sort. The dog was sitting down and not doing anything. She hit this dog so hard that he almost fell over. You could see the dog flinch. This would indicate that she had hit him before. We aren’t talking a small dog either.  It really pisses me off when people beat on their dogs. If she was fending him off that would be one thing, but he was just sitting still. I don’t know the whole story, but all I can comment on is what I saw. Dogs of certain breeds get a bad rap. What are your thoughts?
