Why do people pull out in the center lane when there is another car trying to turn
This has happened to me more than once. I am getting ready to turn waiting for traffic when this guy from the side of the street pulls into the center lane. The tail end of his car is on one side of the street and his front end is on the other side of the street. In the meantime I can’t see what is coming because the idiot just decided to block my view. So in effect I am immobilized now because the idiot decided to cut the line. He can see and he can go, but I am stuck. If I wasn’t there already it would have been fine. Have you had this happen to you? What do you think?
